Chatham County DA Larry Chisolm accused of sexual harassment and discrimination

Chatham County District Attorney Larry Chisolm has been accused of sexual harassment and racial and gender discrimination by several of his employees.

Gwendolyn Robbins, an office manager, has filed an age and gender discrimination and retaliation lawsuit after having her job reclassified by Chisolm.

An investigator named Aaron Gonzalez resigned last March and claims that he was a victim of discrimination because of his Hispanic ethnicity.

Jonathan Drummond, who filed a gender discrimination complaint with the EEOC, claims that Chisolm pressured him to attend a conference in California where he would be required to share a hotel room with Chisolm and another man.

After he refused to go to California with Chisolm, Drummond alleges that he was threatened with termination.  Drummond said that he complained to human resources, and was subsequently “retaliated against and placed on administrative leave.”
