San Bernardino police chief accused of creating hostile work environment

A San Bernardino Councilwoman has accused Police Chief Keith Kilmer of subjecting his employees to a hostile work environment.

According to the Redlands Daily Facts, 7th Ward Councilwoman Wendy McCammack said that Kilmer’s hostile behavior includes “repeated, angry outbursts in front of employees.”

McCammack also said that the police chief “scares the heck out of me. In my opinion, he is a time bomb waiting for a place to explode, hurt someone and create liability for the city.”
