A former clerk at RV Service of Virginia has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the RV repair company and her boss, Wendell Cocke. Jessica Cooper claims that Cocke sexually harassed her on an ongoing basis in 2009 and then fired her after she refused to have sex with him.
TBD.com reports that “According to court papers filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Cocke allegedly requested that Cooper give him a “big old hug,” a “big old kiss,” and be his “cuddle buddy.” Later, Cooper alleges, Cocke would call her repeatedly, ask her on dates, and attempt to kiss her. Then, he would allegedly tell her that her ponytail would make “a good plunger for a blowjob,” that she had “good-looking DSLs,” and that if she “got on her knees,” she could be part of the “Wendell bonus program.” While on the job, Cooper alleges, Cocke would drop paper-clips into her cleavage, position himself to force her hand to brush his crotch, and comment on how she would look in various sexual positions. Cooper’s allegations against Cocke culminate in sexual assault: She claims that her supervisor grabbed her breasts, buttocks, and genitals against her will.”
