David Brooks, the founder and former CEO of military contractor DHB Industries Inc. who was found guilty of committing a $185 million fraud and looting the company to pay for personal expenses, is now being sued by a former female employee for sexual harassment.
Jessica Poolt, who worked for David Brooks for two weeks at his Bulletproof Enterprises horse stable in 2009, claims that Brooks made crude comments of a sexual nature to her, including a comment about “collecting his semen.”
According to the New York Daily News:
Brooks quizzed Poolt on her sex life and asked her to go commando, she says in court papers.
“You should wear short skirts with no underwear to work. Not because I tell you to, but because I want you to,” he allegedly told her.
Brooks kept “large pictures of various naked women” in his apartment, the suit says, where Poolt was forced to attend meetings.
