Greenbrier High School teachers complain of workplace bullying by principal

Fourteen Greenbrier High School teachers sent a letter to Principal Margie Hamilton accusing her of workplace bullying.  The letter was also sent to the Evans, Georgia superintendent and school board chairperson.

The teachers wrote, “Under your leadership our school has seen a dramatic turnover in staff; school spirit and morale continues to diminish.  The undercurrent of dissatisfaction which resonates within our halls has hit an all time high.”

The letter also describes a “hostile work environment” and a “constant fear that permeates throughout the staff.”
