California University of Pennsylvania VP accused of creating a hostile work environment

Peter Glasser, the former manager of research at the California University of Pennsylvania, has filed a lawsuit against the university and his former boss.

Glasser alleges that he was fired in retaliation for reporting unethical practices in his department.

In addition, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette has reported that “Glasser also accused his supervisor, Sharon Navoney, associate vice president for development, of ‘intentionally creating a hostile and abusive work environment.'”
