Police dept charges restaurant owner with indecent assault and sexual harassment

On Friday, August 13, Dionisios Linardos, 66, owner of the Apollo Restaurant in Lynn, Massachusetts, was charged with sexual harassment, indecent assault and battery of a 21-year-old female employee at the restaurant.

According to the Lynn police department, Linardos allegedly demanded sex from the employee in June in order to receive her paycheck, proclaiming, “no honey, no money.”

The Daily Item reports that the victim also claims that Linardos made repeated sexual advances toward her, including touching her buttocks and brushing up against her breast.

A criminal complaint has been filed against Linardos by the police at Lynn District Court. Linardos denies all charges.
