Hillsdale (near Albany, NY) highway superintendent Richard Briggs, 41, has been charged with workplace bullying and sexual harassment.
The charges are the result of a three-week investigation that began after employees in the Hillsdale highway department complained to the town’s board.
Investigators told WNYT.com that the complaint alleges that Briggs “engaged in a course of conduct of a sexual nature and repeated acts” which caused alarm “or seriously annoyed the victim (employee).”
