IRS agent sues boss for sexual harassment

An IRS agent in Roanoke, Virginia filed a lawsuit accusing her boss, Richard Cook, of sexual harassment.
The Roanoke Times reports that “Sarah Klein, who joined the IRS in 2006 and works in the Bank Secrecy Act Division, filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Roanoke seeking $6 million, plus attorneys fees. For nearly two years, Klein endured a hostile work environment created by her manager’s flirting, suggestions that she share his hotel room at conferences, and demands for personal medical records during her pregnancy, the suit says.”
Klein’s lawsuit claims that Cook was never disciplined by the IRS.
