EEOC sues North Dakota Applebee’s for sexual harassment of 5 women

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has filed a federal lawsuit against Applebee’s after five women allege that they were sexually harassed by the former general manager of the Applebee’s restaurant in Bismarck, North Dakota.

According to KXMB CBS12 News in Bismarck:

“The lawsuit accuses Michael Cordova of propositioning workers for sex, groping, making sexual advances, and showing favoritism towards female co-workers who participated in the conduct.

“The women say in retaliation for complaining about the harassment they were punished in the form of demotions, loss of wages, discipline or more harassment.”
