Sandia Drilling bosses sued for race discrimination

Three black employees are suing the Texas based Sandia Drilling Company for race discrimination and workplace bullying.  The employees claim that their bosses often used racial slurs, accused black employees of stealing, put a noose on an employee’s car, and gave preferential treatment to white employees.

The alleged bad bosses named in the lawsuit are Joe Johnson, Leon Alburty and Justin Smith, who, according to the complaint, “condoned and tolerated an atmosphere of harassment and discrimination based upon race of employees which in fact created a hostile work environment.”
